PRE Antistatic Planetary Roller Extruder For PVC Material
Composing by the main screw to drive the planetary rollers, the optimum heat-exchaging effect created by the large contact surfaces of the planetary roller system in conjunction with short residence time of the melt helps to achieve a considerable reduction in formulation costs ,Costly stabilisers and lubricants are reduced to a minimum.
PRE planetary screw roller extruder series has on out-standing capability in mass production of many products because it uses variety of plastic resins. It fixes the screw developed by planetary screw into the center of main screw & barrel whose screw barrel, a plastication device, is made of screw in the helical gear shape and revolves to produce extrusion products.
It enables the best homogenitation and distribution effect because rolling and extrusion are performed at rather low temperature in the space between the put-together screws. Therefoce it achieves no charavteristic of a low-temperature molding extruder.
Configuration
- Main Machine Part:
1) The screw part is two-stage type, containing one piece main screw (1500mm), 20pcs planetary screws(10pcs which is 1000mm,10 pcs which is 500mm), cutter head and tooth cover;
2) Hard tooth surface gear box, made in Jiangyin;
3) Main motor power: 160 KW, frequency control, ABB motor,
Pure material feeding motor power: 11KW, frequency control;
4) Hopper: the whole body is made by stainless steel, together with a measurement meter on the hopper.
2. Electric Control:
1) Electrical cabinet: main motor: DC converter,
pure material feeding motor: frequency control system,
Japan's Fuji inverter;
2) Control Board : button type, Su Zhou Siemens Brand Contactor.
3. Heating Part:
Heater provided by supplier,
Three sets of mould temperature controller, motor power 12KW;
4. Efficiency: 700-900kg/h(Rigid PVC sheet).
